Privacy notice

Last updated 19 October 2026. This page explains what we collect on londonschoolclubs.com and why. We keep it short.

What we collect

• Questions and forms. When you send a question, claim a club, list a club, report a mistake or sign up for updates, we get what you type in the form: for example your name, email, phone and your child's school year. We use it only to answer you, to fix the site, or to send the updates you asked for.
• Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and clicks (for example, clicks on "Book on their site"). It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Who handles the data

Forms are delivered to our inbox by Formspree. The site is hosted by Vercel. Both act for us and only process data to provide their service.

Sharing

When you ask about a club, we may pass your question and contact details to that club so they can answer you. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for up to 12 months, then delete them. Update sign-ups stay until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Send a request with the contact form and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Clubs and schools

Club and school information on this site comes from pages that schools and clubs publish themselves. We do not show personal email addresses. If you run a club and want a change, use the "Claim this page" button on your club's page.
